The Quality Policy of Grafiche Bramucci s.r.l. It is based on the following points:
- ability to understand and meet the present and future needs and expectations of current and potential clients, constantly monitoring the quality of products and services offered;
- be able to understand and take into consideration the needs and expectations of all the parties involved (staff, external professionals, partners, companies, ...), creating an efficient organizational structure;
- lead the company towards the continuous improvement of its performances;
- verify the suitability of the company's objectives at specific intervals.
For this purpose, Grafiche Bramucci s.r.l. has established a Code of Ethics, Internal Rules and Procedures, describing and documenting the organizational structure, responsibilities and activities that regulate the set-up, management and operations of the company, in order to guarantee the continuous supply of products meeting the requirements of customers, aim at the satisfaction of the interested parties and implement constant improvement activities.
The scope of the Quality Management System covers all activities that have direct or indirect influence on quality of service and products provided by Grafiche Bramucci: Technical design, printing, finishing and sale of folding cardboard boxes for the luxury market.
